Angelina Martinez

Angie S. Martinez, age 80, beloved mother, wife, sister, and grandmother passed away peacefully with family and close friends on September 6th, 2014 at Taos Hospital.

Angie was born in Questa New Mexico, later moved to Colorado & Arizona. She eventually made Questa her life long home. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank & Precides Vigil and her husband Paul E. Martinez of Questa. They were married for 52 years and had 6 children. Angie is survived by her daughters and sons, Sandra Ortega, Paul Martinez Jr., Rudy Martinez (Patricia), Arlene Romero (Repito), Frank Martinez, and Yvonne Martinez. She is also survived by 13 grand children, 10 great grand children, and 3 sisters & 3 brothers, along with many other relatives. She graduated from Questa High School and attended Highlands University in Las Vegas, NM. Angie's care for people left her surrounded by many dear friends and those that loved her.

Evening service was held on September 10, 2014 at Rivera Chapel. A Memorial service was held on September 11, 2014 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Questa, NM, with interment following at the Pueblito Cemetery.
